2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number (optional), and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics service automatically record your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages viewed, date and time of visit, and similar technical information. We do not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not permit third parties to do so through the Site for advertising purposes.

6. Contacting Us Through the Site

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we cannot treat information you send us as confidential until we have confirmed that we can represent you. Please do not include sensitive or confidential details about your legal matter in a contact form submission. We will ask for any information we need after we have completed a conflict check and agreed to a consultation.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you from your use of the Site, to request that we correct or delete it, or to ask that we stop contacting you.
